The White Sox and Cubs are among the teams invited to watch reliever Oscar Villarreal pitch.
Villarreal, 28, who has nearly six years of major-league experience, will throw Friday at Physiotherapy and Associates in Tempe, Ariz. He underwent reconstructive right-elbow surgery in April of 2009.
