According to Guillen, it’s [Gordon] Beckham‘s mannerisms that worry him.
“I’m concerned about his body language,” Guillen said. “Because I say that, I don’t worry about people making outs. As long as you get good at-bats and your body language is positive, then I can live with that. The only way you come out of it is playing. He’s going to play.
“It’s another test for this kid. Hopefully he handles it like he handled it last year.”

I’m worried that maybe he isn’t the player we thought he would be. he is swinging at bad pitches, and when he does get good pitches to hit, he pops them up! when the offense came together early in the season, guys like beckham, pierre, and morel were getting on, and now these are the guys that I see not having good at bats. (juan has been bunting for a hit more but I feel he is losing confidence in every aspect of the game besides bunting). dunn and quinton are swinging well, and those are the guys we need. Paul has been consistant also. I just hope our other guys figure it out soon.

I’m worried too. That 17/4 K/BB is ugly. I hope the .221 BABIP comes up
