maybe they’re preparing this reed guy (kannapolis) to be the next closer. he was the closer in san diego state.

and yes, yes, yes. let’s hope thornton can go back and do what he did last year in the 7th and 8th.

Ozzie might still be angry about the last game and not even consider sale for the job. I still think santos should be given at least a tryout for the role, but nobody else seems to think so. thornton has been terrible at this point, but let’s hope we can find a decent closer and hope matt can do what he did for us last year in the 7th and 8th innings!
