carlos had a good game today against the dodgers. maybe he can start the year with some confidence instead of frustration, he can have a more consistant, and solid year. consistency is the only thing holding cq back.

if it were up to me I’d say yeah, unless someone can replace him with more production because cq will drive in a lot of runs. I think his average won’t make him any less a dangerous RBI threat. tampa bay was succesful with carlos pena, so he isn’t a terrible player. all he needs is to be more consistent, because he can hit. but I’m expecting him to have a better year.

yeah. Do you think the Sox will sign him for 2012 after this season or non-tender him if this year is like next year?

I want cq to have a season like 08, but even if hes like last year, he still drove in a lot of runs. he’s not consistent, but when he’s hot he is the best.
