Teahen – Defensively he’s better than Quentin and offensively you can live with him at the bottom of the order since we have Konerko, Dunn, et al. Plus maybe he bounces back after his 1st year with the Sox like Rios.

Excluding pitchers, Quentin and Teahen are the logical options, but with Teahen you would have to eat some salary. Also, Viciedo is due $2.25M in 2011 and $3.25M 2012.

I wonder what Quentin and Viciedo would bring either individually or together. And also with a prospect like Flowers added.
