It may not be as far-fetched as you think.

Just as cartoons entertained me as a child, I’ve come to the realization that the writings of Chicago’s Three Stooges (and those following in their footsteps) should be viewed in the same vein – comedic relief. No longer will I get upset with their work. Going forward, please include their columns in your topics since every day should begin with a good laugh.
Remember, Stooges, we’re not laughing with you; we’re laughing at you.

Dr. Phil couldn’t resist chiming in:

So, Phil’s solution to Alexei getting expensive in 2012 (arbitration for 2 years, not free agency), is to sign the more expensive Jeter…

The more expensive Jeter could well repeat his dismal 2010 offensive performance in tandem with his typical stationary defense, This helps the Sox because they will be throwing away tens of millions of dollars on an aging player when they have a better offensive and defensive player already in house. I think I’ve got it. Thanks, Dr. Phil.
“If the White Sox signed Jeter, they could make a series of moves…”
I can’t wait for the article detailing these series of moves.
