I remember vividly “The Monster Mash” as a teenager. (Almost as good as “Palisades Park” by Freddy “Boom Boom” Cannon – a title and singer that both make great baseball names, but I digress).
MM never got its due – just like A. Ramirez getting stiffed by D. Jeter. I suggest any Sox HR’s that reach the concourse be described as a “Monster Mash.” And playing the song while he’s rounding the bases and taking a curtain call would be even better. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

playing the first minute of MM while beckham rounds the bases at the cell would be awesome!
