Gonzales says Buehrle gets Wednesday’s start:
The White Sox adjusted their rotation so that Mark Buehrle will pitch Wednesday night at Cleveland. The Sox had concerns about starting Jake Peavy on four days’ rest, so Peavy was moved back to Friday night at Detroit. Freddy Garcia and John Danks will start the final two games of the Detroit series.
