The Chicago White Sox Wives Group will host the tenth annual food drive benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository, at U.S. Cellular Field on Saturday, September 19, prior to and during the game vs. Kansas City at 6:05 p.m. Donations of canned and non-perishable food items will be accepted at Gates 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the ballpark from 4:30 p.m. until the end of the second inning. Everyone making a donation will be entered into a drawing for special White Sox memorabilia. White Sox player wives and other family members of players and coaches, along with Food Depository volunteers, will be on hand to accept food and monetary donations. All proceeds benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
