The Sox need to play with more intensity, right Paul Konerko?
“This isn’t football. I’ll take execution and smart play over intensity and all that. That stuff went out. I think everyone is getting after it. I’ve been here since the beginning of the year and there’s nobody doing anything different than at any time during the season that you thought we were a good team. Everyone is doing the same thing, but when you don’t execute or make a pitch or (commit) an error, somebody throws out the intensity word and I just don’t go that way. I do think you have to play with some intensity, but I think this team is playing with the same style we have all year.”
