Yes, the sample sizes are way too small to mean much at this point, but the platoon differential is worth tracking considering the rawness scouts detected in his game at LSU. He’s drawn eight walks in 50 plate appearances, a strong ratio in line with his college numbers, but has also struck out 14 times, also in line with his college numbers.
