Sun-Times:

Gordon Beckham (above) was drafted as an All-America shortstop out of Georgia last season, but he has made the transition to third base. Even with starting shortstop Alexei Ramirez working through a sore ankle, Ozzie Guillen wants Beckham to stay put. ”Beckham’s going to be our [third baseman] for a long time here,” Guillen said. ”If we do that, we go backward.”

BTW, Beckham will wear a mike during today’s game.
