FS isn’t worried:

There were a lot of concerns about Viciedo’s work ethic when he was in Cuba but word out of Birmingham is that he’s been much improved in this area and hasn’t given them any problems, which is great to hear.

WTVD-TV Raleigh-Durham, NC:

After playing at Single-A Kannapolis during the Triple-A All-Star break, outfielder Carlos Quentin has been reassigned to Triple-A Charlotte, where he will play left field Thursday night. Quentin could return to the Chicago White Sox soon if he plays well and has no setbacks the next couple of days.

Bartolo Colon’s next start is scheduled for Sunday, also with Charlotte.

No one really knows what your breaking pitch is and there have been reports saying it’s a curve and others saying its a slider. So, what is your breaking pitch?

I throw both a slider and a curveball, but I really haven’t had the feel for my curveball in a long time for some reason so I have been throwing a lot more sliders. The curveball has been coming along recently though. Its definitely not a put away pitch, but more of a get-me-over a couple times in a game type pitch.
