Ramirez was drilled in the helmet from a pitch from reliever Chris Perez in the top of the ninth inning. Ramirez was on the ground for several moments before leaving the game under his own power.
Ramirez said after the game that he was fine and expects to play Tuesday night.
BTW, Dye was grazed in the head, right after Alexei, but didn’t require treatment.
